This large home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 Washroom, and a spacious backyard, perfect for large groups/families.Have a relaxing night in with your group in the games room, equipped with a dart board, pool table, & bar area. This home can accommodate up to 18 guests - 4 beds for 8 adults, 4 floor mattresses, 1 sofa beds for 2 children. Each floor mattress is additional fee of 80 dollars. Extra fee apply after 10 guests. The Space A perfect 2-storey house for your family getaway that boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor and 1 bed 1 bath on the lower floor. There is a recreation section with a pool table, dart board, and bar area for your family to enjoy a fun games night. Large windows in the kitchen face the enormous yard, bringing lots of natural light into the house so you don't feel trapped in. The kitchen is fully equipped with a complete kitchenware set. Please note: There is a basement suite with it's own private entrance and we live there and available if you need any assistance during your stay. You'll have full access to backyard and outdoor area during your stay only shared part is the driveway. The backyard is 70 ft by 80 ft ( 5600 sqft ) Perfect for outdoor games. ( Please note : The backyard is not available for guests use until 30th July. The landscaping is recently done in the backyard so the grass hasn’t yet grown yet.
