Welcome to 4495 Timberline Crescent at Fernie Alpine Resort—two separate, dog-friendly 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units in an unbeatable mountain setting. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area with fireplace and TV, in-suite washer and dryer, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests share a welcoming communal living space, plenty of parking, and a relaxing outdoor hot tub—ideal after a day on the slopes or trails. Just minutes from chairlifts and year-round outdoor fun, this is the perfect base for your next Fernie adventure. Please note, the hot tub is shared with the other unit in the building. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to a thousand dollars for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary. - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures
