A comfortable modern stylish modern, quiet, cozy basement apartment. Its a 1- bedroom setup, ideal for three people. The bedroom has 1 double bed, and a folding bed available for a third guest. Amenities include a full Kitchen, Kitchenware, a rice cooker, blender, a kettle, a washing and drying machine, private entrance and parking. High Speed internet , a smart TV, Bell cable (sports channel, local and world news). Close to restaurants and 15 drive to Pearson Airport. At the boarder of Toronto and Vaughan.
Welcome and thanks for choosing our property. Ben is an accountant by profession and enjoys creating a lasting impression on the people to meets. This let him to start a short stay small business.
This property is in a prime area in Brampton East, very close to Toronto, Vaughan. Walking distance to restaurants and 7 mins drive to lots more restaurants. About 45 mins drive to downtown Toronto (CN Tower). About 20 mins to Canada Wonderland.
