Damage protection option – • Pay a 50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to 700 CAD in accidental damage), OR • Choose a 700 CAD refundable security deposit (held 2 days before check-in, released 5 days after checkout). A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. Pack & Play Policy We’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can have it ready for you. We don’t keep them on-site, as each is taken off-site for deep cleaning between guests. Requests made after check-in are subject to a 75CAD delivery fee. NOTE: - We have one designated parking stall for this unit. Additional vehicles have to purchase parking access, dependent on parking availability. If the lot is full, there’s ample free street parking available nearby. - The air conditioning (A/C) unit is currently unavailable until summer. - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear inside the unit. - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need.
