Welcome to your home away from home. This is a two bedrooms condo. Your room has an attached private bathroom next to it. You have access to the full apartment excluding the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a keyless lock. You will be provided with your secured entry code prior to check in. The kitchen and living room will be shared. Features - 55” TV in the living room, comfortable sofa, 4 seater dining table - Stove, microwave, kettle , refrigerator , plates and cooking ustensiles - Queen bed with memory foam mattress - Office desk and chair - Keyless lock on bedroom door with secured code -Dumbbells and exercise mat - Free Wi-Fi - On-site free visitor’s parking on a first come first serve basis. -Washer and Dryer in unit available only on weekly or monthly stays This place is perfect for either work or leisure.
-Driving distance: 4 mins to Downtown Waterloo, 4mins to the Grand River hospital , 5mins to the Kitchener Go, 6mins to Wilfrid Laurier University, 8mins to the University of Waterloo, 10mins to the Conestoga mall. -15 mins walking to the Bridgeport Plaza, Walmart, Tim hortons and other stores.
