Being manager and waiter in that industry made us realize the importance of listening to our clients and how everything is in the details. We then found that we shared the same concerns: the quality of customer service. After much discussion, we decided to pursue this to another level in the rental industry. Property information

Why rent a hotel room (or two) when you can have a full apartment for the same rate? This property consist of three very comfortable bedrooms in the middle of the Plateau-Mont-Royal area and Mileend. You can hardly find a better spot in town! 5 minutes from the mountain, 5 minutes to downtown and 3 metro stations from the Old Montreal. It can comfortably accommodate 2 to 6 people. Every bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. There is a private terrace with BBQ and patio set, it comes fully equipped including a 40" HD TV flat screen with connection to Netflix and cable. Top 5 reasons to book with us: - Our apartment are in a prime location, close to the Mont-Royal mountain and 8 minutes from the Laurier metro station - Eating out is fun!.. But 3 times a days is costly! In our apartment, you can prepare food in your private kitchen. - Comfort is a priority. We have quality memory foam mattresses in all our beds. - Plenty of room!! Our apartment are MUCH larger than the equally priced hotel room. - An Area Guide right on your smartphone! Where's the supermarket? The dry cleaner?... Where should we go for dinner? All in the palm of your hand!

Neighbourhood information

Location is very important when on vacation. The apartment is minutes to the Laurier metro station, getting you downtown or in the Old Montreal quickly. You could also decide to walk to the Mont-Royal mountain and park (5 min) or visit by foot two trendy neighbourhoods: Plateau and Mile-End, your are right in between them. Actually, you’re at the best Montreal location that's possible!! The hundreds of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars of the area make you wonder why you would even go downtown at any given moment. You can literally step out in the morning, grab a coffee at the corner café, buy some croissants at the backery, pick up fruits at the fruits and veggies shop and be back at the apartment within 2 minutes to enjoy all that with your loved ones.
