Good location 30 minutes from downtown Montreal 15 min Ski Mont St-Bruno, Parc Mont St-Bruno, Richelieu River (kayaks, canoes, boats), Fort Chambly Dix/30 shopping centers and Promenade St-Bruno Bike path Children parks 30 min Mont St-Hilaire 50 min Bromont Fully equipped kitchen Pool SPA Wi-Fi Smart TV free parking spaces 6 gests (4 adults 2 children under 12 years) Please read the all the house rules mentioned on booking and follow the quiet hours written as well. *Only the basement is rented* NOT the whole house. There are other guests in the upper floors, please be mindful. Backyard is shared with upper guests. There is always the opportunity to make a schedule with other guests Visitors for the staying guests are not permitted. Before using the hut tube, the pool, and the BBQ, make sure to familiarize yourself with the safety rules. The outside sitting area and the pool can be used only during the summer from June 1st to August 31st. Opening seasons may vary depending on the weather conditions
