Cozy room with a very comfortable queen bed, work station and closet. Ideal for single or and couple travelers on a budget looking for a nice place. The property is located on west end Moncton by Jones Lake, one block from St. George Boulevard and minutes away from Main Street, Avenir center and downtown restaurants and bars. The townhouse has 5 bedrooms with two share toilets with great amenities such as living room, kitchen and dining area. Enjoy walks by the lake and private outdoor patio.
I am friendly, easy going and helpful host. You will see me in and out the house making sure everything is good, the staff is very helpful. We cook at the house couple of times a week for all guests. You can contact me anytime if you need anything, and will do my best to accommodate you. The room rate includes a self-service small breakfast. Outdoor area is perfect for a BBQ and enjoy the sun with a drink.
The property is located on west end Moncton by Jones Lake, one block from St. George Boulevard and minutes away from Main Street, Avenir center and downtown restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is quite and safe with great lake views and parks near by. There are bus stops 5 minutes away by walk.
