Rocky Mountain Gem is located at Banff Boundary Lodge in the Hamlet of Harvie Heights, just 5 minutes to the center of Canmore and a minute to the east entrance of Banff National Park. The ground floor condo is accessible directly from the outdoors. Our condo is heated with in floor heating (no air exchange with other units) and during the cooler months you can enjoy the indoor gas fireplace. There are two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed, plus there is a queen size pull-out sofa in the living room. There is a large dining room table to enjoy games or meals prepared from the well-equipped kitchen. Our condo is located at the rear of the property, away from the noise of the highway, close to the communal barbeque area and fire pit. There is an outdoor hot tub for shared use and If you need to do laundry, you have access to shared laundry facilities (app & coin operated) in the amenities building.
