Welcome to Echo Landing 41. This alpine ski-in and ski-out townhome is located in Sun Peaks coveted East Village. Nestled between the Orient & Morrisey chairlifts & the 15th fairway of BCa highest elevated golf course, it is only steps away from the Nordic, snowshoe, hiking & mountain bike trails. Enjoy this contemporary vacation home with breathtaking views and easy access to the village for entertainment, dining, spa, shopping & other activities.
Kathy and Jason both grew up in small towns, in BC, and love the outdoors. For years we were looking for recreational property and knew instantly it would be Sun Peaks during Kathy’s first visit in 2015. We are now owners in Sun Peaks and are enjoying the seasons when we can. Sun Peaks is a welcoming community. We are a family of four living in Coquitlam. Walking Distances: Village Centre (shopping, dining, etc.) - 8 to 15 minutes Village Walking and Nordic Trails - 1 to 3 minutes Chairlifts and Umbrella Cafe - 3 to 10 minutes Sports Centre & NFL Size Outdoor Skating Rink (under construction and will be ready in the 2020/21 ski season) - 5 minutes Complimentary shuttle service offering transportation in and out of the village from all neighbourhoods, which includes outside ski and snowboard racks.
