Two bedrooms (one King size bed and one Queen sized bed) and 1-bath house three blocks to downtown and City Park beach. Each bedroom has closet space and drawers for your items. Brand new renovated bathroom. Green space park and kids playground across the street. Free street parking with a temporary pass, or park in the driveway. Kitchen can be used to cook, stocked with basics. Wifi, washer/dryer, fenced yard. I use the separate locked garage and the RV in the backyard for my own personal storage, so there is no access to the garage or trailer for guests. Sign into Netflix/streaming apps with your own account on the AppleTV. Business License with City of Kelowna #409077
Hi! I would love to host you during your visit to Kelowna! I do my best to make sure you have a wonderful experience in my home! I will be more than happy to direct you or offer ideas on places to eat or sightsee! I know tons of local hiking trails, off the beaten track type of places, or popular restaurants that are good for people watching! I want everyone to have a great experience in my home. I use the garage for my own personal storage space, so that area is off limits to guests. There are security cameras on the property in the outdoor areas pointing away from the house towards the driveway, looking at the backyard, and at the front door walkway.
Green space park with kids playground just up the street. Lake access is walking distance, about 10-15 minutes to City Park and Hot Sands Beach. 50 minute drive to Big White Ski Resort. Neighbours are friendly and helpful. Three blocks from downtown and from the lake. Bus stations close by. Taxi/Uber arrives quickly when called.
