Casa Mirica can be booked in three solutions: for 4, for 6 and for 8 guests. They cannot be booked together as the villa can host up to 8 people. - Guests will share the entrance and the garden with the owner who is living next door and who would love to welcome you in person. Attention: On the ground floor there is a small studio that sometimes might be occupied by private guests of the owner, max 2 guests. These guests will have the same entrance and use the corridor on the ground floor to go to the bathroom. They also might use the garden. The owner is living next door, same main entrance, and using the terrace next to the client one. - Damage deposit for the groups under 21, need to be paid for each property as listed below: - Room name: Apartment (Casa Mirica Arte 4) - CHF 200 - Villa (Casa Mirica Villa Patrizia) - CHF 500 - Apartment with Mountain view (Casa Mirica Arte 6) - CHF 300 - Apartment (Casa Mirica Arte 8) - CHF 400.
