Open plan lounge and dining area with wood burning fireplace, TV room, Bluetooth sound system and toilet. Comfortable sofa bed with computer and desk, flat screen TV with Apple TV/DVD, doors opening out onto the balcony overlooking the valley. Ground floor: Bedroom 3: Double or twin bedroom Bedroom 4: Bunk beds, 2X 80X190cm Shared bathroom for bedroom 3&4 Bedroom 5: Double or twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom Skiroom Laundry room with washing machine and dryer Outdoor jacuzzi with amazing view, garden furniture and charcoal grill. The chalet has 2 parking spaces at the chalet and 2 additional places 300m from the chalet. It is not allowed to park along the road. Equipment: Induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, raclette and fondue set. DVD player, wifi. Hair dryers. Good to know In winter, access often requires chains or a 4 * 4 vehicle. Wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the grill is to be provided by the tenant. Tourist taxes, final cleaning as well as bed linen and towels are included in the total price for the number of people indicated during the reservation.
