Montreux riviera is 8 minutes away and there are connections to Geneva airport, Paris, Milan etc If you fancy skiing, ski slopes in Leysin, Les Diablerets, Zermatt, Verbier, Saas Fee, Gstaad are all accessible from Aigle train stain( 8 minutes drive away)
