Property information

The apartment, in a multi-family house, is located in the La Punt area below the Albula Pass on a pleasant and sunny south-facing area. It’s only 700 meters from La Punt train station and a little further from it’s historic center. The 150 sqm apartment on the third floor without elevator has a large living room with fireplace and dining area + mezzanine with a second sitting room, three bedrooms, one double, one with two single beds and one with two bunk beds. The kitchen with it's table is well equipped and has an oven and 4 fires. There are three bathrooms. TV, free wi-fi. The apartment has two parking spaces in the garage with key. It can accommodate up to 8 people. There are stairs inside the apartment, the rooms are not on the same level. Beautiful view on the Engadine and the Val Chamuera
