From the main corridor, continuing towards the balcony, there is the living room with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, moka coffee maker, Nespresso, water boiler and refrigerator with freezer. The house has cable TV and fast internet connection. CHESA PIZ PADELLA - FIRST FLOOR The apartment, ideal for hosting up to four people, spans an area of approximately 60 square metres. The spaces are functional and welcoming, with a bright living area equipped with a kitchenette, a master bedroom and a second room with a bunk bed, perfect for children or guests. The bathroom is complete and well-organised. The property includes a parking space in the garage and offers Wi-Fi connection, ensuring comfort and convenience in every season. IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION During the months of August, September and October, works are planned in the area that could make direct access to the condominium difficult. Consequently, the parking space normally reserved for guests may not be available. We therefore invite guests to independently organise their parking, referring to the paid parking solutions in the vicinity.
