Welcome to a brand-new apartment in the heart of the Riviera, just steps away from the lake and the center of MONTREUX with incredible view of lake and mountains. After 18 months renovation, this modern building is ready to welcome you again for an unforgettable stay. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access, loft-style apartment. Just a 3-minute walk to the lakeside. Parking space, bus stop, and train station all located near the building. Just a 5-minute ride to Montreux. 2 bedrooms with double beds (1# box spring 140x200 cm – 2# fold-down bed 160x200 cm), with built-in wardrobes. WiFi & 43’’ HD TV (200 channels + Netflix). Dining area with table for 4. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, integrated washer-dryer combo, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishes, and cutlery. Spacious living room with a sleek glass balcony. Bathroom with walk-in Italian shower. Stunning lake view from the balcony. All appliances are brand new—just like the apartment itself.
