The beautiful, partly renovated 2-room apartment (65m2) is located in an apartment building in a sunny, quiet area which is very centrally located. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator and an aligned to the south including balcony. The apartment is equipped with an open bar / kitchen and pull out sofa bed, dining table, TV, bathroom with bath, a large bedroom with double bed, TV and fitted wardrobes. A ski room with boot heating (winter) and a bike room (summer) and washer and dryer are in the basement. An on-site outdoor parking is also included. Attached to the house is the restaurant "

Neighbourhood information

The "main street" with shops and numerous restaurants is located in the immediate walking distance and perfect for leisure strolling and shopping. From the apartment to the ski lift "Tgantieni" it’s only about 500m. The stop of the free sports is in front of the house and takes you within 5-10 min. to the surrounding base stations of the mountain railways conveniently. The cross-country skiing slopes are located directly next to the house. They lead around the lake Heidsee and to Lantsch / Lenz. Also the house is nearby the ski school, the ice rink, soccer pitch as well as a playground.
