This 2,5-rooms flat is situated close to the cable car station in Scuol (Motta Naluns) and is furnished modern, comfortably and cozy. The flat disposes of 5 beds and is very suitable for families. There is a bunk bed with an additional third bed to pull out in the bedroom. This additional bed has a high bed frame and therefore is very convenient for small children who risk to fall out in the night. The big wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. You will find a sofa bed in the living room. The couch has a top quality Bültex-mattrasse (size 160x200) and a slatted frame and guarantees a comfortable and deep sleep. In the well equipped kitchen you can easily cook for 5 persons. The dishwasher helps you with the dishes. The balcony looks toward south from where you enjoy a picturesque panorama over the valley and the mountains on the opposite side. There are many windows and the flat is very sunny. You can use the combined washing-drying-machine which is located at the bathroom.
