This warm and spacious home sleeps up to 5 guests, perfect for families or groups of friends. Just steps from Lake Neuchâtel, it offers the perfect setting for swimming, nature walks, or simply relaxing in the fresh air. The bright living room features a smart TV with Swisscom box and a pool table, and opens onto a large terrace with a charcoal barbecue, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and a generous garden. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster. There are two bedrooms: A master suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm), wardrobe, Google TV, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sink, and toilet. A second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). A separate toilet adds extra convenience. Laundry fees, including bed linen and towels, are included in the rental price. The local tourist tax is the only additional charge. Collected by Swiss municipalities, it supports the development of cultural, tourist, and sports infrastructure. Optional extras available upon request (subject to availability and additional cost): - Baby bed and high chair - Early check-in before 5 pm - Late check-out after 11 am - Mid-stay cleaning To ensure availability of these services, please contact us in advance.

Neighbourhood information

You will have access to a washing machine and a dryer at no extra cost, but laundry products are not provided. The house is semi-detached: the neighbors live next door and have their own terrace and private part of the garden. Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Please note that the terrace cushions are no longer available.
