Waking up every morning to a spectacular 180° view over Lake Lugano becomes a reality at the UNIQUE GANDRIA ATTIC apartment. This modern three-room apartment is located in an exclusive residence in the panoramic area of Gandria, a picturesque Ticino village by the lake. The apartment features a spacious open-plan living area with a kitchen designed to create a welcoming and convivial atmosphere. Large windows offer a breathtaking view of the lake and open directly onto the furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying the panorama in complete tranquility. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a large double bed and one with a double sofa bed . The two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and one with a shower—make this accommodation perfect for families and groups of friends. Every corner of the apartment has been thoughtfully designed and enhanced with high-quality finishes and designer furnishings, offering an elegant style in a unique location. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment. The apartment does not have private parking, but paid public parking spaces can be found about 350 meters away. From there, the property is reached by a 5-minute walk down the village steps.

Nearby: Gandria is a picturesque and well-preserved village, among the most beautiful lakeside villages in Ticino, whose houses nestled on the mountainside, on the slopes of Mount Brè, are reflected in the waters of the Ceresio. The narrow buildings are reached via stairways and narrow streets. Some houses date from the 16th and 17th centuries and are adorned with frescoes and stucco decorations. The village is easily reachable by boat from Lugano, by car and by bus via the scenic road, Strada di Gandria. Among the most celebrated points of interest is the famous Sentiero di Gandria, an extraordinarily beautiful path that follows the lake among green Mediterranean vegetation, olive trees, typical lakeside houses, and the lake within walking distance. Also easily reached by boat are Cantine di Gandria and Caprino, on the other side of the lake, where you can walk a path through the greenery and enjoy Ticino food in typical Grotti. By car you can reach Lugano Lido and Ciani Park in just 10 minutes, Lugano center in max. 15 minutes. There is a nice little Lido also in Gandria, at the beginning of the path on the Castagnola side, the Lido San Domenico. Italy is also just a stone's throw away: the Gandria customs post is 2 minutes away, and crossing it you reach the beautiful Italian shore of Lake Lugano, with the small villages of Valsolda, such as Oria (famous for the Villa Fogazzaro Roi, a FAI heritage site) and Porlezza. How to get there: By car, from the A2 freeway take the Lugano Sud junction and set the GPS: in 15 minutes you will reach the parking lot. By train, from Lugano station take bus No. 2 direction "Castagnola, Capolinea" for 5 stops and get off at "Lugano, Palazzo Studi" stop. From here take bus 490 direction "Gandria, Paese" for 7 stops and get off at the stop "Gandria, Strada." In 3 minutes walk you will reach the apartment.
