Villa Bridler offers a one-bedroom apartment in the carriage house as well as meeting rooms on the ground floor of the main building. The offices of several companies are also in the main building.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of the former carriage house of Villa Bridler. One separate bedroom with en suite bathroom and the living/dining area make up the modern and comfortable apartment on 50 sqm. The apartment has a separate private entrance. The carriage house was built in the 1920s and completely renovated in 2005. The hardwood floor is made of 100-year old floorboards. The ceiling is open, revealing wooden beams. Thanks to several dormer windows, the space is light and airy. The furniture is high quality; some USM sideboards mixed with antique wooden cabinets, tables and chairs.

Villa Bridler was built by architect Otto Bridler as his home in 1898. Today, the neighbourhood is made up of historic homes with some modern buildings scattered in between. A 10 minute walk takes you to the old town of Winterthur, also a short walk up the hill is Goldenberg with a great view of the region. Grocery stores and restaurants are also just a few minutes away on foot. For sports fans, the public pool Geiselweid with indoor and outdoor pools ist just a 10 minute walk away, as is the sports complex WIN4 with ice skating, tennis, fitness centre and a sports arena.
