Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

Property information

Our two bedroom family apartment with stunning mountain views is located on the main street of the beautiful alpine village of Arosa and offers everything you need for a family holiday. It has a car park in the building and guests can use the shared laundry room and ski room. The apartment is located in the Villa Franca building and is divided and equipped as follows: Two bedrooms for guests: - The master bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. - The second bedroom with one bunk bed, one single bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with bathtub. A spacious living room with television, dining table, internet and access to the balcony and kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and a raclette and fondue set to enjoy an authentic alpine experience with your family. A large balcony with furniture to enjoy the marvellous view. Guests can also use the ski room in the building and the laundry, in addition to being able to park in the building's garage in the assigned parking space.

The property is situated on the main road near Innerarosa. Nearby you can find the gondola Kulm and the bus stop Brüggli.
