During your stay at EBISUR Apart - Hotel / MAIPU you will have access to an entire Apartment which is inside a new Building / Condominium in Concepcion.
In the entire building there are only 50 apartments, so privacy and the low possibility of disturbing noise are a great advantage.
For Clients who reserve and need a place to park their Vehicle, in our Apart we not only have a Private Parking, but it is also one of the largest parking spaces in the Condominium for those who have larger Cars or Trucks.
Once entering the Department we can find everything necessary for a pleasant stay; Armchair, Coffee Table, Flat Screen TV, Large Refrigerator for clients who stay several days and need more space, all the necessary dishes, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, Oven, Hood for extraction of Odors in case of cooking, Windows TermoPanel for greater isolation of Noise and Temperature, large Closet, Etc.
In the apartment they will also have totally free high speed WiFi along with HD quality cable TV with numerous channels.
