“The staff (he might be the manager) in the lobby was extremely helpful. The only issue I had is that toilet cubicle in my room was cleaned thoroughly - had a bad smell and toilet seat was a bit sticky. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay there.”

“大堂富丽堂皇，服务人员态度很好，沟通顺畅，有问题可以做到积极解决。酒店地点还可以吧，离海河近，离主要商圈也都不远。只是旁边是商务楼，附近没有大的购物中心，好在打车很方便。 酒店付款可以刷境外信用卡，没有问题。如果要加床加早餐等附加服务，check in时前台有一些优惠方案提供。”

“I booked Non-smoking, extra large bed with river view. However, the room I was assigned had strong cigarette smell. I couldn’t stand it. But I was told all rooms will smell cigarette due to people smoke in non smoking rooms so they couldn’t find...”
