Property information

A 4x4 vehicle is REQUIRED to reach this property. We invite you to explore The Garden Villas. Tucked away in a lush setting filled with tropical flowers, just steps from sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. The Garden Villas feature 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and a small backyard patio that peers into the jungle. The Garden Studio has all the same amenities as the Villas and its own private entrance just beyond the main property gate. The Villas and Studio feature carefully designed cedar ceilings, doors, and cabinetry. Other highlights include stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a solar hot water heater for each unit. A the heart of the property is a natural stone pool, outdoor shower and half bathroom. The two-story Rancho at the pool provides a welcoming seating area and grill. Enjoy spectacular ocean and sunset views from the pool and the upper deck of the Rancho. The rancho includes a laundry facility available for guest use.

Neighbourhood information

The heart of charming beach town Uvita is just a short drive down the mountain from The Garden Villas. There you will find gorgeous beaches, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and anything else you may need. As a part of the Rancho Pacifico and Vista Celestial family, Garden Villas guests have exclusive access to the hotel bars and restaurants located less than 5 minutes away. Reservations required. Our concierge team can assist you in reserving the many available excursions, from snorkeling at Caño Island to hiking in the famous Corcovado National Park. Other easily accessible activities include surfing, waterfall rappelling, ATV rides, mangrove kayaking and SUP, coffee and chocolate farm visits, and more. The Garden Villas property overlooks the famous Whale’s Tail formation in the Marino Ballena National Park. July through October and December through February, Uvita features some of the best whale watching in Costa Rica, with Antarctic and Arctic Humpback whales spending months here nursing and caring for new babies before heading back to colder polar waters.
