**In alignment with public health recommendations, Special Places managed properties are taking measures which include enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures** A brightly painted 3-bedroom, 2-bath ground-floor unit with a terrace that opens on the pool, Pacifico L-401 in Coco comfortably sleeps six. The bedrooms have a queen bed, a full-size bed and two twins, and one has a TV. The living room is furnished with sleek gray furniture and decorated with modern art and traditional masks, and it also has a TV. The kitchen has granite countertops, and there’s a square glass dining table. This air-conditioned unit has a washer/dryer and 24/7 security, and it’s a short walk to the restaurants, bars and shops of downtown Playa del Coco. The beach is a five-minute drive away. Things to Do at Pacifico L-401, Coco The Pacifico condominium resort is Playas del Coco’s finest vacation rental community, with four swimming pools, beautiful gardens, a poolside restaurant-bar and the Pacifico Beach Club. Not far away you’ll find all the attractions that draw people to Costa Rica, including fishing, diving, surfing, hiking, ziplining and a great many other adventures.

Pacifico offers 24/7 gated, guarded security and the convenience of a central location where it’s not much of a hike to the beach. There may be no better home base from which to explore the vibrant and funky Playas del Coco. Playas del Coco This big town/little city on Costa Rica’s Gold Coast has it all, starting with a gorgeous, blue-green bay dotted with fishing boats, dive boats and sailboats offering sunset tours. In front of the popular beach is a winding promenade with a basketball court and skate park, and the area is rich in hotels, restaurants, bars and stores catering to every need. Known for its vibrant nightlife as much as its chill pace, Playas del Coco claims to have been the first beach town in Guanacaste reachable by road. Its proximity to the Liberia airport is a plus, and it’s even closer to the nearby beach towns of Ocotal and Hermosa. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Refunds are determined by cancellation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancellation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.
