Welcome to Condo Piña! Located within the popular and exclusive Villa Riviera complex in heart of the lovely beach town of Playa Del Coco. With its modern amenities, beautiful views, and unbeatable location, it's the perfect place to call home during your time in Costa Rica. Soak in one of the four beautiful pools and spas, take in the natural beauty of its surroundings, or take a short 5-minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

Neighbourhood information

The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the most famous areas in the city. It is known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All the condos located in the area are a maximum of 5 minutes' walk from the beach. One of the favorite plazas for Las Palmas residents is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas feature several restaurants, offices, a café, and a grocery store. The main avenue of the city is just a 5-minute walk away, whether by the main road or along the beach. The central avenue offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.
