Nuestras instalaciones cuentan 8 villas equipadas para cuatro o seis personas. Estas son de dos plantas y su distribución es la siguiente: En el primer piso se encuentra el área de sala, comedor y cocina que cuenta con microondas, refrigeradora, sartén eléctrico, olla arrocera, coffee maker, vajilla, utensilios de cocina, TV con cable e Internet inalámbrico; haciendo la aclaración que la villa (NO TIENE PLANTILLA). En el segundo nivel cuentan con dos habitaciones (con ropa de cama y toallas),en el caso de la villa de cuatro personas, una habitación con una cama matrimonial y en la otra con dos camas individuales, en el caso de las villas de seis personas, cada habitación cuenta con una cama matrimonial y una individual, un baño completo con ducha y tina, con ventilador de techo (no cuenta con aire acondicionado)y un amplio balcón. Las villas están rodeadas de amplias zonas verdes y una piscina compartida.
La playa de Tambor se encuentra a cinco minutos (150 mtrs.) caminando por un sendero a la orilla del manglar del río Pánica (excelente para la observación de aves y para la pesca). Estamos ubicados a 300 mtrs. del pueblo de Tambor donde se pueden encontrar un supermercado, pizzería, restaurantes, una heladería, salón de baile, tienda de souvenirs y venta de artesanías. Ofrecemos variedad de tours para el entretenimiento. Playas cerca de las villas en auto: Playa Tambor (2 minutos), Playa Muertos (tomar embarcación luego muy recomendada 15 Min.), El Arbolito de Jesús (20 Min), Montezuma (25 Min.), Santa Teresa, Playa Carmen y Mal Pais a (45 min.), Playa Manzanillo (1 hora), reserva de Cabo Blanco (40 min.), Reserva Curú (20 Min), Pochote (10 Min), Órganos (25 Min).
