Tastefully renovated colonial style home with tons of parking, offering 4 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms and office. Close to all amenities. You don’t have to sacrifice luxury while you stay at this home. Whether you visit for business, leisure, or adventure; you can do it in style! Located 10 minutes from downtown San Ramon and Palmares, and less than 1 hour from San Jose, Puntarenas, or La Fortuna. Let this beautiful home be your operation center in Costa Rica! The iron fence with double gated entrances and beautiful stone wall welcomes you to a modern and totally updated home, equipped with modern design and technology to make you feel both, safe and comfortable. Walk onto the front porch and step on the beautiful white ceramic floors. Continue to the family room decorated with modern furniture that leads you to a fabulous kitchen that features a huge quartz isle that sits 8 people. The modern cabinetry will make you wonder if you just moved into your dream home! The kitchen is fully equipped with all Whirlpool appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven/fan). Continue to the laundry room that features a washer/dryer, counter, pantry, sink and a bench. There you’ll find the stairs to the second floor and sliding doors that leads to the beautiful back yard that includes a wood burning pizza over and stove, just in case you are in the mood to cook outside! The main floor offers a master bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite bath. There is an office, bedroom with queen size bed, and an ADA Accessible bathroom also on this level. The second floor offers a huge bedroom with walls of French style windows, a smaller bedroom, a full bathroom, and an enclosed porch…just in case you feel like opening the windows to take in the view while sipping a glass of wine. Both bedrooms on this floor have queen size beds and AC units. No need to worry about a thing! The home comes equipped with everything you may need for a pleasant stay.
The House is managed by Liz Fonseca. She will deliver the house and make herself available in case the guests have any question or request.
