Company information

The owner of Casa Strela is Swiss and has lived in Tarrafal since 2009. Jonathan (Italian) is the managing director and Matti (French) and Evelyn (Czech) head the reception. The rest of our great team are from Cape Verde.

Property information

In Casa Strela B&B there are a total of 6 rooms - from basic rooms with private external bathroom up to luxury rooms with balcony with seaview. All our room have A/C units. The house is decorated in a rustic way with a lot of natural and upcycled materials. Casa Strela is the perfect place to relax and forget about busy workdays! We want you to feel at home! The house is only 10 min walk to the city center and the sandy beach. In front of the house is a rocky coastline where the main surfing spot is. We do organize airport transfers and also everything like sports, excursions and adventures. Just contact our tour desk in reception.

Neighbourhood information

Casa Strela is located on the coast of Ponta de Atum, a new neighborhood in the small fishing town of Tarrafal, in the north of the island of Santiago in Cape Verde. Next to our B&B there is a Diving Center and a nice Snorkeling Spot. In front of the B&B there is a nice Surf Spot. We provide also hiking trips, Island Tours and much more for your fun.
