Traditional house in Omodos village thoughtfully renovated for authentic Cypriot atmosphere Enclosed courtyard Kitchen/dining/lounge area with fireplace 2nd floor lounge fireplace access to balcony, 3 bedrooms & family bathroom Bedroom 1 en-suite furnished traditionally, 4 poster bed, access front/back balconies Bedroom 2 mountain view bedroom 3 overlooks courtyard. Although parts of the property may be over 200 years old all mod cons are in situ to afford our guests home from home comforts
We have a love & passion for traditional and historical buildings - no matter where they are found in the world, and strongly believe our global heritage should be treasured and protected. We hope you find our views reflected in Afames House. Welcome!
Loads to do! Enjoy a bite and drink at the 'plateia', watch the world go by...... maybe visit the artisan glass workshop or stroll around the market stalls and local shops or perhaps pop into the bakery for delicious 'arkateno' bread and other goodies. In evening enjoy a meal at one of the excellent local restaurants and if you are in a party mood pre book a table for the singing and dancing on Friday and Saturday night. For those who enjoy hiking or cycling Troodos 20 mins drive prefer the beach? Limassol & Pisouri 40 mins away ...... culture vulture?? Paphos is a leisurely 40 mins
