The nearest beach is only 700 metres away, and all the vibrant life of the town is within easy walking distance. Enjoy mornings on the spacious private terrace, perfect for dining, relaxing, or sunbathing, and evenings exploring the charming streets nearby. This is truly the heart of Ayia Napa — calm when you want peace, lively when you seek fun.
