Single-story modern and fully furnished house built in 2011 with high-end appliances. Lots of space in the yard for hanging out. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Only 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom is available for rent, the master bedroom. You will have the whole house to yourself (rest of the rooms are locked). Quiet, safe, middle-class neighborhood in a suburb of Nicosia, only a few minutes driving from Nicosia city center. * Easy access by bus stop 5 mins away * House is within a few minutes drive to get to Nicosia city center * 3KM from the University of Cyprus * 1KM to Supermarket (Metro) Within 5 minute walking distance you can find the bus lines that can take you straight to Nicosia city center. Look at the bus routes 140 and 259 that come very near the house. Solomos square is the central bus area for Nicosia. Guests will have access to the main house and its surrounding areas. Parking garage access in case you are renting a car. You can park the car in front of the house or in the garage to the side. +++2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom of the house are locked and not available for use. +++One thing to note about guest access is that the entire property has a detached studio (single room, single bathroom) in the back of the property that is currently being rented and occupied by someone that works during the day. They have no access to the house mentioned here for rent. I also included a picture to show how this is located on the back of the property. The studio renter parks their car in the single covered garage on the side of the property. Limited Interaction with Guests unless you have a question or need help. We are available using email, a quick local call, viber, or simply coming next-doors to ask a question. Regular speed wireless internet and basic-subscription to cable TV is available and you can get the details upon check-in.
