Our house is spacious and comfortable. It has front garden and backyard. The house also has free car parking facilities with a big spacious garage area outside. It has 5 people bed capacity with 3 bedrooms. There is one double-size bed in one bedroom and another bedroom has two single beds. Lastly, there is one bedroom with a single bed. In total 5 people can fit in. It has two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is one shower with a bathtub in the bathroom upstairs.

There is a supermarket very nearby to the house. About the area of the house, It is a local and social neighborhood near EMU university campus. The house is located in ''Sosyal Konutlar'' area within Sakarya neighborhood /district in Famagusta city center, in the modern part of the city. The two main avenues of the city are walking distance from the house. Both Nicosia Road and Salamis Road are walking distance from the house. Several beautiful beaches are only 5-10 minutes drive away. Glapsides beach, Gülseren seafront, Famagusta Port, Palm Beach and Laguna, famous Closed Varosha, all of these are only few minutes drive from the house.
