About this property
Enjoying a quiet location, just a short distance from the lively Ayia Napa, these family-run apartments provide a friendly and relaxed base, with plenty of leisure facilities. The spacious, fully air-conditioned Loutsiana Deluxe Apts come with a large balcony or terrace and free Wi-Fi. Some units have a fully equipped kitchenette and there is an electric kettle, a fridge and a toaster in all. They also include a seating area with an LCD TV. A safety box is available upon charge. The large pool has a whirlpool area and is set amidst beautiful gardens. Burn off some energy in the new gym or enjoy a game of pool in the games room. After working up an appetite, the pool restaurant is open almost all day where you can enjoy a wide variety of international, local specialties, and snacks. Join in the fun with Loutsiana’s weekly BBQ night and sing along with the karaoke. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which can take you to the centre of Ayia Napa. It’s a 5-minute drive and it has excellent shopping and nightlife. The famous Macronissos Beach is just a 10-minute walk from Loutsiana Deluxe Apts and the biggest water park in Ayia Napa is a 5-minute walk away.
