Clean Modern Self Contained one bedroom and Studio apartments in a new building. Located minutes away from University, Embassies, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Bakeries, Restaurants and Clubs. In a very Green and Quiet centrally located area of Nicosia. The brand new building has access control, CCTV, Laundry Facilities, Off street covered parking area. The apartments are insulated with very high R-values, triple glazed windows with built in blind systems. Fully furnished with high end Italian kitchens and equipment fitted with Italian wardrobes, free internet access, Digital TV's, A/C units, ceiling fans, LED lighting, recliner sofa, double sofa bed, wine cooler fridge. The one-bedroom apartment has an indoor dining room, as well as a spacious outdoor dining room of 40sqm where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Nicosia. All studios have a veranda.
