Rafaella Beach Villa is a spacious luxury deluxe 4 bedroom new built in the Argaka Countryside just outside Polis.This smart stylish deluxe villa is only a few minutes walk from the sea and rugged coastline of this unspoilt region. The Villa is located in a quite area,sleeps 8,has its own Private Pool, Pool Table,Free high speed Wi-Fi, BBQ, and has a furnished tranquil garden.Rafaella Beach Villa is situated near the Sea and is an ideal place for a perfect holiday under the Cyprus Sun. Rafaella Beach Villa with its traditional stone architecture is a stunning 4 bedroom hideaway set in the unspoilt Argaka region just outside of Polis. it is perfect for those who want privacy and relaxation, but within easy reach of the beach and local life. A short stroll from the Villa will lead you to the golden sandy Argaka Beach and the crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Also within walking distance,you can find pubs and a few local tavernas like Argakiko, Dimitris Taverna, Saint Barbara as well as a bakery and mini mart.
Please note that in the winter months, firewood is only provided for the first night and guests have to get their own for the reminder of the stay. However, please note that the whole house has A/C that can be used for both heating and cooling at no extra charge.
Located in the quite Argaka countryside near Polis, Rafaella Beach Villa offers the ideal location for complete relaxation with the advantage of being only a 7 to 10 minute drive from the livelier towns of Polis and Latchi which are known for its breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and Akamas Peninsula. The Aphrodite Nature Trail is 17 km from the Villa. Rafaella Beach VIlla will make an ideal base for any holiday whether you want to laze by the pool or explore blue flag sandy beaches of Polis, Latchi or Coral Bay; or enjoy the famous restaurants, bars, cafes and harbour of Polis And Latchi. The famous Paphos Harbour is about 55 minutes drive from the Villa.
Argaka, is a village of the Pafos district, located in the coastal plains of Chrysochous at the mid-east section of Chrysochouss Bay. It has a distance of about 8 km from Polis (Chrysochous) , while it stands at an altitude of about 90 meters above sea level. It is approx 50 mins drive from Paphos International Airport and it takes approximately 2 hours drive from Larnaca Airport.
