Property information

Recently, all the apartments and studios have been fully renovated for your comfort. Enjoy the private balconies and benefit of plenty of light entering through their large windows. Have a good rest in the rooms with comfortable beds.

Neighbourhood information

You are in the heart of Ayia Napa! Just few minutes walk till the the main road of Nissi Avenue which is one of the most enchanting street with a lots of great restaurants, supermarkets and convenient stores. Just opposite of our complex is a public swimming pool. In the property area it is really comfortable because is one of the most quiet and safe road in Ayia Napa. In addition the bus station is just 4 minutes down from the road, 8 minutes to nearest beach and 20 minutes to the most beautiful and popular beach of the island - Nissi Beach. You'll be really well connected!!
