Sunny apartment (1 bedroom) on the 5th floor of a new residential building with a nice view. Apartment situated on the opposite side of the road - quiet location. All devices are completely new. Sleeping on a sofa bed. Close to the city center, to the exhibition center and to the highway D1. Garage space available.
