Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, for 1-4 guests. The apartment is completely renovated, with new furnishing and equipment. It is on the second floor of an old house. The house is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, in the city center. Škoda factory and high school are within a walking distance. Suitable for people coming for work or study, on short- and long-term stays. Parking is free on the street in front of the house. There is free wi-fi and Netflix in teh apartment. Long-term stays are preferred. Accommodation for one night is only accepted in the last minute, a few days before the arrival.

The location is in the city center, close to the supermarkets Kaufland and Billa, shopping center Bondy, and many restaurants. Škoda Auto buildings and research centers are in the walking distance. Outdoor recreation is possible at nearby park Radouč. The city swimming pool with a relaxing SPA area is just a short 5-minute car ride away. Main bus and train stations (Mlada Boleslav město) are within the walking distance (10 minutes walk). There are several public bus lines in the vicinity. The connection to Prague is good via direct bus leaving from the main bus station.
