A Villa encapsulated in the forests surrounding Karlovy Vary and mere minutes from the historical centre is an inviting and energizing getaway. This quiet and secluded Villa is engulfed in greenery coupled with majestic trees and a relaxing mountain brook. The area is known to adventurers for its many picturesque hiking and biking trails. Park the car at the allotted spot, grab a map and pack for your hike, or simply, on your bike and begin exploring.
Once the face and storefront of a famous Czech porcelain manufacturer - Pirkenhammer (est. 1803), the Villa has since gone through a much needed and vitalizing reconstruction. The Villa now boasts thirteen (13) newly furbished and charming apartments for our guests. Adjacent to the Villa are the former factory grounds making up roughly 83,000m2 and reaching deep into the forest and rocky valley, which on its own is a sight to behold.

The municipality ‘Březová’ or as it translates into German as ‘Pirkenhammer’ is closely located to the Tepla river valley with the Lomnický mountain stream flowing adjacent to the Villa. You can take a leisurely stroll through the nearby forests and eventually end up at the main colonnades and their hot springs.
Municipality Březová became noteworthy and of cultural significance for the porcelain factory ‘Pirkenhammer’. At the turn of the last century, Březová and Karlovy Vary region saw a meteoric rise of Bohemian glass, crystal and porcelain artists and artisans. As a result, porcelain from Březová can be found at the Vatican, in collections of Royal families and even at exhibitions displaying artifacts of the Titanic wreckage. Additionally, Březová has enjoyed popularity with the spa crowd for day trips or short excursions to visit historical buildings and notable monuments. The St. Linhart game reserve and the Diana observation tower are reachable by a leisurely and scenic walk on a nearby forest trail.
