There is a small beach snack bar approx. 500 metres away at the natural harbour, and other amenities are approx. 6 km away in Penzlin. The approx. 32 square metre non-smoking house, designed with lots of wood in the interior, has a large living room (sofa bed - extra bed for 1 person, chairs, dining table, flat screen TV, wood-burning stove with high output - 6 KW), a separate kitchen area (hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee machine), a bedroom (2 single beds, fitted wardrobes) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer, oil radiator available if required). There is also a furnished terrace in front of the entrance, a barbecue, sun loungers and further seating, a fireplace, a car park/carport and bicycle storage facilities on the adjoining, approx. 350 m² property. The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water costs, bed linen and towels. Firewood for a fire is available, additional wood is available for a fee. The small district of Wustrow in the small town of Penzlin is located in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District, in the Tollense Basin nature reserve directly on Lake Tollensesee, the sixth largest and one of the cleanest lakes in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
