It is approx. 4 km to a natural swimming area on the Bodden, there is a small snack bar in Kemnitz (approx. 1.5 km), shopping facilities can be found in Lubmin, Wieck or directly in Greifswald. The approx. 45 square metre non-smoking apartment with separate entrance and central heating is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, sitting area, flat screen TV, radio) with open kitchen (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC). There is also a car park, free W-LAN, a cot, barbecue and a furnished seating area on the property. Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the total price. Please bring your own towels.
