This beautiful 2 BR apartment within a historical building is centrally located in Dresden-Plauen near the Technical University and City Centre. The apartment offers large, bright windows and a balcony, making it ideal for families, friends, couples, business travelers, and students. During the day, the sun shines directly into the living room. The apartment is located in an area adorned with lovely Art Nouveau facades from the 19th century, which have been spared the destruction of WW2 and offer a pleasant sense of well-being.

Lively yet quiet. Great connections by car and train. Restaurants and groceries within walking distance. The technical university, elementary school, and high school are nearby. Accessible by bus, bike, and car. The city center is just 6-7 minutes away by car via Chemnitzer Straße. The Train takes less than 5 minutes to the center. In direct vicinity there is an Asian restaurant and two kebab shops. One kebab shop offers irish pub flair. The Meliz Palast. Good food, great atmosphere. Dresden-Plauen also has many side roads lined with Wilhelminian-era villas that invite you to stroll.
