Nestled in the idyllic landscape of the Stork and Crane Reserve Linum, this holiday home, completed in 2021, offers a unique retreat. Surrounded by the picturesque village structure with restaurants, farm shops, and cider mills, the house, with its secluded location at the highest point of the village, no through road nearby, promises a peaceful stay. The A24 motorway is only about 3 km away, allowing for a comfortable journey through meadows and hills to this village idyll with around 1000 inhabitants.
The house has 6 rooms, providing a total of 12 sleeping spaces, including two comfortable seating couches. Bed linen and bedding can be provided for an additional charge. Please register your needs for this one week before arrival. A look at the floor plan under the photos reveals the exact distribution of beds, which, along with the two bathrooms and a spacious living/dining area, ensure comfort.
For outdoor relaxation, there is a shed with bicycle parking spots, as well as a terrace that invites you to barbecue and relax. The quiet residential location allows you to reach the local fishponds or the village center with its gastronomy and traditional farm shops within minutes on foot. The access roads to the house are quite narrow; access is not possible for vehicles over 7.5 tons. Two parking spaces in the carport require skillful parking in opposite directions to optimally utilize access to the shed.
