Equipment of the whole house for shared use: - 2 bathrooms (shared) - Dining area (used by all guests) - fully equipped kitchen (used by all guests) - 2 large terraces with garden and barbecue (used by all guests) - free parking on the street - Free coffee and tea - Free toiletries such as shampoo; Shower gel; Etc. - A washing machine - board and card games; foosball - and much more

The house is in a quiet residential area of ​​Memmingen. This gives you free parking on the property and along the street. The city center can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.
