"UpStay Ferienwohnungen" was founded by Eveline van Stee in 2019, who after studying Hospitality Management in The Hague, returned to this beautiful spot on the German North Sea coast to manage and rent out holiday homes. "UpStay Ferienwohnungen" aims to be the only and best contact for guests who want to enjoy a carefree holiday at the Northsea coast in Greetsie and Krummhörn. All our properties are modern and comfortable and with our personal Check-in and Check-out you already feel like home upon arrival.

Property information

The house in Hamswehrum offers a beautiful open living room with fully equipped modern kitchen and large dining table. In the same room a cozy sofa corner invites you to relax, with direct access to the terrace. The living room has a Smart TV, board games and an old Dutch Sjoulbak game for rainy days. In addition, the living room is equipped with underfloor heating. From the entrance you come into the two bedrooms, one of them is very spacious with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00) and a single bed (0.90m x 2.00), a large wardrobe offers enough space.The other bedroom is a bit more compact with a double bed (1,80m x 2,00) and also a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are furnished with blackout curtains. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and a large walk-in shower. A parking space is available directly at the house and can accommodate 2 cars. If you bring your bicycles, these can be safely stored and e-bikes have the opportunity to be charged there.

Neighbourhood information

Hamswehrum is one of the 19 pretty villages in the area of Krummhörn and counts approximately 500 residents. The village is very close to the Waddensea with a direct path to the dyke. One sight in Hamswehrum is the gallery Malerhaus Hillen, occasionally there are exhibitions. In the next village 'Groothusen' you can visit the castle "Osterburg" and enjoy a nice teatime or breakfast.
