Modern and comfortably furnished granny flat in the heart of Biberach an der Riß on the beautiful Mittelberg. The apartment is in a quiet location. It was newly renovated in October 2017 and has modern facilities. The market place in Biberach is only 2 km away and you can easily reach it on foot, by bus or by car. In the living area there is a sofa and a 43" TV. In the room there is a double bed 1,40 x 2,00 m with pocket spring mattress. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a toilet and a shower. Of course we have fresh towels ready for you. There is a nice kitchen with Senseo coffee machine, kettle, stove, oven, fridge and of course crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. There is also a cosy dining table with two chairs right at the window. In front of the apartment there is a covered terrace, which can be used with pleasure. Just arrive and we look forward to welcoming you!
Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. In the immediate vicinity (5min) you will find a small shop with butcher's shop and bakery. Short distances to the large companies in Biberach: Liebherr-Components Biberach GmbH 2.4 km, Company KaVo Dental GmbH 2,8 km, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma GmbH & Co. KG 3.7 km HBC.
