Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage Lüdenscheids (ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und 15 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Bushaltestelle ist 250 m entfernt. Die Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Sehenswürdigkeit der Stadt, die Phänomenta. Ein Kiosk, ein Lebensmittelladen und ein Imbiss befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Rund um das Wohngelände sind kostenlose Parkplätze. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung nah an der nächsten Autobahnauffahrt (Lüdenscheid Nord).
